Dance is my first love…. and it brought me to a career in bodywork. An injury that caused chronic low back and hip pain took me to a bodyworker who changed my life not just physically, but emotionally and spiritually.
After being on the road for over 15 years teaching my clinical bodywork courses (Releasing the Rotator Cuff; Releasing the Iliopsoas and Quadratus Lumboum;  Stretch Your Clients!; Stabilizing the Core and SI Joint) for various companies and talking to thousands of bodyworkers I was always asked “How did you become a teacher?” or “I have a book I want to write but don’t know how – where do I start?” or “I’m seeing as many clients as I physically can and I’m tired! I want to stay in this field and know I need to expand my offerings but don’t know where to start. Can you help me?” I saw a need to help bodyworkers expand beyond the business model of 1-1 sessions and launched my Abundant Bodyworker Coaching practice.

As a bodyworker, teacher, author and coach I understand what it takes to build a scalable and sustainable business. Bodyworkers are by nature open-hearted, empathetic and service oriented. But many therapists don’t know how to create a viable business model. After all, very few of us come into this field with a MBA!
The good news is you CAN create a bodywork business that feeds your soul and your bottom line.
If you're ready to create a fun, soul-satisfying, bank-filling practice -- let me help you create your Dream Practice!
I am here to help you reach higher levels in your professional wellness practice than maybe even you ever thought possible!
You don’t have to do this alone. I’m right here with you
Â
In addition to my extensive training in bodywork, I hold a master’s degree in Dance from American University in Washington, D.C. and choreographed and performed nationwide for many years. When I stopped performing professionally I discovered a soul urge to bring creative movement and writing to incarcerated women which I have done for over 15 years in three prisons in Texas.
When I’m not working, I can be found dancing, swimming in Austin’s Barton Springs, hiking or even dog sledding and watching Finding Nemo whenever I need a lift in spirits….
